Input Sought to Improve Walking, Biking in Longview Area

LONGVIEW — The Longview Metropolitan Planning Organization is seeking input for Walk and Bike Longview, the region’s first bicycle and pedestrian plan. City staffers say residents are encouraged to participate in upcoming open house meetings and to give their input through an online survey and interactive map. According to a news release, open house attendees will learn about the project goals, process, and timeline. A September 21 open house is set from 4:00 – 6:30 p.m. at LeTourneau University.
