Burkhart has been charged with burglary of a building and the manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. His bonds total $250,000.
It all started when a woman was stopped for a traffic violation and later charged with possession of a controlled substance. Her interview resulted in information on the burglary. The search warrant and arrest warrants resulted in the arrest of Frazier and Burkhart. Property valued at several thousand dollars including firearms, a trailer, generators and welder were recovered along with a large quantity of methamphetamine. That search led to information about another address in Arp where they seized drug paraphernalia.
