Outstanding Teaching Awards at U-T Tyler

TYLER – Dr. Julie Delello and Dr. James Newsom, at the University of Texas at Tyler, will be receiving a 2017 Regents’ Outstanding Teaching Award. With the award, both will received $25,000. The awards will be presented at a ceremony in Austin August 23rd. Delello is an associate professor in the School of Education and the director of The University of Texas at Tyler Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. A University of Texas at Tyler alumnus, Newsom is a senior lecturer in history.
