Victim Reportedly Shot While Sitting in Vehicle

TYLER — Tyler Police are investigating an early morning shooting. Officers were called to Christus Trinity Mother Frances Hospital around 12:30 this morning regarding a man with a gunshot wound. The victim said he was shot while sitting in his parked car on Nutbush Avenue. Several people reportedly found him in the roadway and drove him to the hospital. His identity has not been released.
