Overturned 18 Wheeler Causes Lane Closures

TYLER — All lanes of Loop 323 in Tyler are now open after an 18-wheeler overturned. But all southbound lanes of Troup Hwy. south of the loop will remain closed till sometime this evening as crews work to right the truck. Police advise you to continue to avoid the area if possible. There are no injuries.
