Marshall Police Continue Search for Assault Suspect

MARSHALL — Marshall police continue their search for a man accused of beating a disabled person. An arrest warrant has been issued for 23-year-old Dillon Burr, of Marshall. He is being charged with injury to the disabled, which is a felony. Burr is accused of beating a man at a Marshall service station shortly before 12:30 Sunday morning. Surveillance video from the business back up the victim’s account of what happened. Burr is also wanted for a parole violation warrant out of Harrison County. The suspect’s brother, Noah Burr surrendered to authorities Wednesday morning for has part in the service station attack.
