Tyler Couple Accused of Promoting Prostitution

TYLER — A man and woman from Tyler have been arrested for reportedly promoting prostitution. According KETK, on Thursday, DPS Troopers arrested Crystal Leshae Lilly, 25, and Dekenndrick LeKeith Ross, 40. They were booked into the Smith County Jail on charges including: trafficking of a person for benefits from forced labor and promoting prostitution. Bond was set at $350,000 each.
