Tyler Hospital Recognized

TYLER – Texas Spine & Joint Hospital has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review for their performance with Medicare patients. The Tyler hospital is 1 of only 19 hospitals in the nation and 1 of 3 in Texas to have a double 5-Star rating. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services give hospitals an overall star rating and a star rating based on patient survey. Survey data comes from patients treated in all TSJH facilities, both inpatient and outpatient. according to a news release from the hospital, very few hospitals receive 5-stars in both areas.
