One Killed in Boating Accident On Lake Palestine

FRANKSTON – Authorities continue their investigation into a fatal boating accident on Lake Palestine. One person has been killed and one injured when a boat went over the spillway Wednesday evening. Killed was Billie Wagnon of Palestine. Her husband, Keith Wagnon, remains in the ICU of a Tyler hospital. Authorities still trying to figure out several things, including who was driving the boat when it went over the spillway.
