Man Accused of Exposing Himself

TYLER – A Tyler man has been arrested on a charge of public indecency. William Larry Foley, 40, was arrested around 10:00 Thursday night. A woman told officers that Foley had exposed himself to her and two children as he stood between two house on Claude Street. Foley is in the Smith County Jail under a $10,000 bond.
