Longview Woman Busted On Drug Charges

LONGVIEW – A Homeland Security investigation has resulted in the arrest of a Longview Woman. Phyllis King, 59, of Longview was arrested around 1:00 Tuesday afternoon. Longview police and the Gregg County Organized Drug Enforcement Unit assisted the U.S. Postal Inspectors and Homeland Security on serving the warrant at the house on Rawley Court. During the investigation, several different narcotics were found inside her house. Besides two charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, King was also charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
