East Texas Theft Suspect Sought

KILGORE – Kilgore police are looking for a man in connection with a theft case. They are trying to find Joshua D. Donovan, 36, of Kilgore. He is wanted for questioning in an ongoing investigation of copper theft. There are currently warrants out for his arrest. One of those warrants is out of Kilfore.
