Police Probe Aggravated Robbery

TYLER — Police in Tyler are seeking suspects in an aggravated robbery. Around 1:46 Monday morning, officers responded to Lavanderia Express on S. Vine. Upon arrival, police spoke to the cashier, who said that 3 armed black males walked into the business and demanded money. The suspects threatened the clerk with their weapons and ordered him to hand over the money that was in the cash register. After the victim complied with the suspects’ demands, they fled the scene on foot northbound.

The suspects’ descriptions are as follows:

Suspect #1: Gray hoodie, ski mask, approximately 6’02’’, heavy build, and was armed with a shotgun.

Suspect #2: Gray hoodie, black shorts, black and white Jordan shoes, ski mask, approximately 5’06”, medium build, and was armed with a pistol

Suspect #3: Black hoodie, red sweat pants, light colored gloves, black ski mask, unknown height but was described as tall and thin. He was also armed with a revolver.

Officers searched the area for the suspects but were unable to locate anyone. No one was injured during the robbery. This case is still under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call the Tyler Police Department as soon as possible.
