KC Seeks Input on Concealed Carry

KILGORE – Kilgore College wants your input. They want to know what you think about carrying concealed handguns on the college’s campuses. This legislation took effect on university campuses August 1. The law does not go into effect for Texas public community colleges until August 1, 2017. School President Dr. Brenda Kays, has formed a campus carry taskforce made up of faculty, staff and students. This taskforce will develop policy recommendations for consideration by the college president and the Board of Trustees. But they also what your feedback.
