Pleasant, Texas, on allegations that he violated his federal parole. That’s according to the Daily News, based in Longview, Washington. The paper reports that U.S. Marshals arrested Mike Wing in Oregon in September on a federal warrant from East Texas, where he pleaded guilty to federal wire fraud in 2006. Wing was transported to Mt. Pleasant and booked into the Titus County Jail Wednesday for the violation. The specifics of the violation weren’t immediately available.

Wing is a former law professor and baseball coach at LeTourneau University. He was sentenced in Tyler federal court to 10 years in prison in the wire fraud case and has been on probation since his 2014 release. The 57-year-old is also obligated to make $200 monthly payments on $9.3 million in restitution to fraud victims. Rainier School Superintendent Michael Carter says Wing will remain baseball coach until the case against him concludes.
