A Longview Guilty Plea for Sexual Contact with a Child

LONGVIEW – A man described by police records as a transient, has pleaded guilty in Longview of two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact. State District Judge Alfonso Charles sentenced Justin Thomas Lowery, 28, to 10 years in prison. He had been accused of having sexual contact with a girl younger than 17 on two occasions last year.
