One Injured in Officer Involved Shooting

LINDALE – The investigation continues into an officer involved shooting in Lindale that left one person injured. Details about the shooting have not been released. The shooting reportedly occurred around 11:00 Friday night at Jackie’s Office Club at 2707 South Main Street. Lindale Police Captain David Craft tells KETK the officer involved in the shooting was not injured and will be placed on administrative leave, pending an investigation by the Texas Rangers. The injured man was taken to a Tyler hospital for treatment. The names of those involved in the shooting have not been released.
