Double Homicide Remains Under Investigation

TYLER — Two people are dead in a Tyler shooting, and authorities are seeking leads. Police say around 2:44 Sunday morning, officers responded to a report of gunshots on Point North Dr., across from Club Ice. Upon arrival, police found 25-year-old Aisha Nicole McGee and 30-year-old Steven Ray Smith, both of Tyler, dead of multiple gunshot wounds. Anyone with information about the suspects involved in this crime is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crimestoppers at 903-597-CUFF (903-597-2833). Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case or any felony case.
