Hit and Run Fatality in Upshur County

GILMER – A hit and run accident in Upshur County remains under investigation. Ronnie Gonzales, 45, of Lubbock, was dead at the scene early Sunday morning on State Highway 300, about a 1 1/2 miles south of Gilmer. Found at the scene was lengthy skid marks and black metallic fragments.
