An Upshur County Arrest on a Sexual Assault Charge

GILMER — A man remains in the Upshur County Jail on a sexual assault charge. The arrest warrant for Victor Andrea Mack was issued on Thursday. The warrant for Mack was issued after the Upshur County Sheriff’s Office investigated allegations that Mack had sexually assaulted the victim, who is Intellectual disabled. Mack’s bond was set at $95,000 by Justice of the Peace Judge Lyle Potter. The case remains under investigation.
