The 15-year-old is reportedly being held in the Smith County Juvenile Attention Center for another 10 days. According to KETK, the prosecution says his detainment is recommended because he may present a danger to himself and could be a danger to the public’s safety. Anderson’s attorney, Jeff Haas, asked for a mental evaluation of Anderson last Friday. He was arrested Wednesday. His family still claims his innocence. His next hearing is scheduled for November 22nd.
