Smith County Man Named in Criminal Warrant

TYLER – A Winona man has been arrested on a warrant out of Texrakana. Charged with engaging in organized criminal activity is Kenneth Travis Crenshaw, 25. He was arrested by Smith County Sheriff’s deputies Monday night and booked into the Smith County Jail. His arrest followed a Texarkana police raid last month on an illegal gambling establishment. Police say Crenshaw was part owner and partner in the business.
