Tyler Man Arrested in Marshall case

MARSHALL – A Tyler man is in custody on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Benjamin Thomas Grisham, 27, was arrested by U.S. Marshals. He was taken into custody around 3:45 Wednesday afternoon and booked into the Smith County Jail. The arrest stemmed from a warrant issued by the Marshall Police Department. They would not release details about the case, and would only say it dates back to 2013.
