Marshall Fugitive Sought

MARSHALL – Marshall police are asking for the public’s help in locating one of their most wanted fugitives. They are looking for 44 year old Patrick Okray. He is wanted for two outstanding felony warrants for forgery. He is accused of going into a Marshall business on two separate occasions last month and and cashing fraudulent checks. His last known address was Shreveport, Louisiana. Okray is described as 5’11, 297 pounds with a large build. He has black hair and brown eyes.
