Commissioners Update Decorum Rules

TYLER — Smith County commissioners met Tuesday and updated their rules of decorum. KETK reports they addressed the amount of time members of the public may speak, limiting them to three minutes at the podium. Commissioners also addressed the type of language allowed in the courtroom, and they’re looking at starting workshops to better communicate with the public.
