Gregg County Burn Ban Lifted

LONGVIEW — Much-welcome rains mean Gregg County is no longer under an outdoor burning ban. County Judge Bill Stoudt lifted the ban Tuesday afternoon. Persistent dry weather in the area has caused a number of East Texas counties to prohibit outdoor burning.
