Restaurant Drive-Thru Arrest

LUFKIN — Lufkin police have made an arrest and at unusual place. Authorities were told a man was asleep at the wheel of his car at the Taco Bell drive-thru. When officers arrived, Jabroski Smiley, 25, of Lufkin, was still asleep. Officers say he told them he had smoked marijuana and was really tired. He then said, he should have listened to his mother and not left the house. He was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
