One Dead in Smith County Wreck

TYLER — The Department of Public Safety says a medical condition may have caused a fatal Smith County accident. The victim is identified as 66 year old Jerrell Willie Goodson of Tyler. He was killed when his truck left the road and hit a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
