Former Fireman Facing Court Arraignment

TYLER – A former East Texas assistant fire chief, who is facing multiple charges, is expected to be in court later this month. KETK is reporting that Jonathan McClish was arrested twice in February for theft. The former member of the Noonday Volunteer Fire Department is accused of altering an invoice and submitting five invoices from what appears to be a fabricated business. McClish is due to be arraigned on April 29th.
