TATUM – A former Tatum school teacher has been arrested for an improper relationship with a student. Booked into the Rusk County jail Friday was Kallie Lynn Boxell, 23. Her bond was set at $10,000. The school district started an investigation last month into a report that a teacher had an improper relationship with two students. The teacher resigned. That investigation led to a grand jury indictment and then Boxell’s arrest.
