LONGVIEW — A Longview convicted felon returned to jail for the second time this year on a new felony charge. KETK reports Longview police arrested 28-year-old Brandon Ray Williams Sunday on felony possession. He was taken to the Gregg County jail, where he posted bond. Williams was already out on bond for a January 15 arrest for evading arrest, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, marijuana possession, and assaulting a Longview police officer. Williams served a five-year prison sentence for a 2010 conviction for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
