Longview to Participate in Warrant Round-Up

LONGVIEW — The Great Texas Warrant Round-Up is coming soon. Beginning March 5, 2016, more than 300 law enforcement agencies across Texas will be concentrating their efforts to address outstanding arrest warrants. The Longview City Marshal Office and officers of the Longview Police Department will be canvassing the city attempting to locate anyone with outstanding city warrants. Officials said taking care of your outstanding warrants now, could mean not spending the night in the Gregg County Jail and saving yourself the embarrassment of being arrested in the future.

If you voluntarily appear at the Municipal Court to take care of your warrants, you will not be arrested. You are strongly encouraged to contact the Longview Municipal Court at 903-237-1186 or go to 302 W Cotton Street, Longview, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Credit card payments can be made over the phone at 1-800-444-1187. Payments may be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week through online services at: http://www.LongviewTexas.gov or through the City of Longview’s CitySend mobile app on your smartphone.
