Funeral for Fallen K-9 Officer Today

LINDALE – A funeral is scheduled Saturday for the Smith County police dog shot to death, allegedly by Michael Koch, following a Tuesday traffic stop. Services for K-9 Ogar are planned for 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Lindale, with full law enforcement honors. The incident left two in custody. Koch was arrested this morning in Garland.
