Liberty Hall Introduces New Ticketing System

TYLER — Liberty Hall has upgraded its online ticketing platform, making the purchase of online tickets even easier for customers, according to a City of Tyler news release. The new platform, Vendini, is termed a leading provider of cloud-based event ticketing and logistics software. Through Vendini, the customer will no longer need to create an online account and password to make a purchase.

Additionally, officials say, the online seating layout feature will make it easier for customers to choose their seat for reserved seating events. Vendini’s mobile app, Walletini, allows ticket buyers to transfer tickets to friends while being reimbursed on their smartphones. Liberty Hall Manager Anne Payne says the decision was based on customer feedback, growth of Liberty Hall, and a need for a more comprehensive system.

The company’s suite of applications includes a fully integrated marketing system to promote events via email and social networks like Facebook and Twitter, and allows customers to share their purchase on social media as well. In addition, Vendini provides solutions for box office management and event logistics. According to officials, this will allow Liberty Hall to gather more information on the interests of customers to better target programming. Finally, the software enables Liberty Hall to track donations, memberships, and sponsors.
