Pair of Theft Suspects Sought

TYLER — Smith County sheriff’s Office is looking for a pair of theft suspects. They are believed to have stolen a wallet at a local gas station, and went to a local store where they used a stolen credit card. They are identified as Chelsea Leanne Remedies and James Dempsey Martin, who also goes by LD Martin.

The sheriff’s department says the two are also suspects in numerous other burglary and theft cases in the Lake Tyler area of Smith County. They have been known to frequent Henderson County as well. Both have been named in outstanding theft warrants.
