One Tyler Project Starting, One Completed

TYLER — Oak Alley, between Three Lakes Parkway and Dueling Oaks Drive, will be closed to through traffic today. It will be closed from 7:00am till 5:00pm to install a manhole. Drivers should use caution due to the construction activities.

TYLER — A portion of Tyler’s Old Bascom Road, which ahd been closed, has now been reopened. Construction began January 4th to replace a collapsed drainage system on Old Bascom Road between Shiloh Road and Old Omen Road. They said, at the time, they had hoped the work would be completed by January 8th. The city announced Friday that the work has been completed on schedule and the road reopened.
