One Injured in Smith County Accident

TYLER — A vehicle-pedestrian accident west of Tyler has left one person injured. The wreck occurred just before 1:45 Thursday afternoon at Highway 64 and Toll 49. The Department of Public Safety reports the man was flown to a Tyler hospital. The initial report was his injuries were not life threatening. The accident remains under investigation.
