Investigation: Christmas Eve Fire in Longview Was Intentional

LONGVIEW — Longview fire investigators have determined a Christmas Eve fire at a residence on Hickory Street was intentionally set. According to the Longview News-Journal, fire officials said no one was home when the fire broke out shortly after 10 a.m. Friday. The blaze left the home uninhabitable with heat and smoke damage. On Tuesday, Fire Marshal Johnny Zackary said the blaze had been added to the list of intentional fires in the city.
