Tyler Metro Chamber Executive Director Dies

TYLER — Tyler Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Carl Johnson has died. Few details were given in a news release from Metropolitan Chamber Board President Derrick Choice, who said additional information would be provided as it’s made available. The organization was formed in 1990 to serve underutilized areas of Tyler, with a focus on the African-American Community.
