Police Investigate Monday Shooting in Longview

LONGVIEW — The Longview Police Department is investigating a shooting reported around 11:40 Monday morning on East Marshall Ave. near the American Legion Blvd. intersection. KETK reports arriving officers discovered the victim had been shot one time. He had non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Suspect information was not immediately known. Although the victim has reportedly been uncooperative with officers, police say they will continue to investigate.
