TYLER — The holiday season is upon us, and Visit Tyler, a.k.a. the Tyler Convention & Visitors Bureau, is putting out the word on “Rose City Christmas” — a collection of seasonal events happening in November and December. They range from films and concerts to a tour of homes, special events at local historic landmarks — and the annual Christmas parade.
