Salvation Army Holds Angel Tree Kickoff

TYLER — The Tyler Salvation Army’s 2015 Angel Tree Kick Off will take place this morning at 10:00 at Broadway Square Mall in the lobby by JC Penney’s and Chick-Fil-A. Spokespeople say the program helps over 1,000 families and seniors throughout Smith County, providing food, clothing, and toys for children and elderly who would otherwise not experience a merry Christmas. The Tyler Junior College Brass Ensemble, as well as city officials and community leaders, will be joining in the program.
