Lindale Man Killed in Gregg County Crash

GREGG COUNTY — A Lindale man died early Sunday in a one-vehicle crash on Texas 42, north of Carr Road in Kilgore. Dennis Glasscock, 49, was pronounced dead at the scene. According to KETK and the Longview News-Journal, Glasscock was driving south on Texas 42 when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. He was ejected from the vehicle. It’s not clear why Glasscock lost control of the vehicle. His body was sent to Tyler for an autopsy.
