Marshall Police: Help Wanted in Search for Runaway Teen

MARSHALL — The Marshall Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a local 17-year-old said to be a runaway. KETK reports MPD detectives were notified on September 24 by a Child Protective Services case worker in Athens that Shelby Jenkins had run away from a facility in Marshall. Jenkins is described as a white female with blue eyes and shoulder-length dark hair. She stands 5’6″ and weighs approximately 170 pounds. She is said to have a skull tattoo on the inside of her left ankle.
