Tyler Assistant Police Chief Retiring

TYLER — Tyler Assistant Police Chief Paula Riggle retired Wednesday afternoon. No reason was given for her retirement. A 22-year veteran of the Tyler Police Department, Riggle was the assistant chief over the administration division. She had been an assistant chief since 2002.
