TYLER — One of Tyler’s strongest traditions moved into its 82nd year Thursday with the ribbon cutting for the Texas Rose Festival by Rose Festival Queen Madeline Shirley Wynne. The big celebration of Tyler’s rose growing heritage continues through Sunday, featuring the Queen’s Coronation, the Rose Show, the Queen’s Tea, the Rose Parade, and lots more.
