Fatal Longview Hit and Run Victim Identified

LONGVIEW — The man killed in a hit and run accident in Longview has been identified as Kevin Gene Moore, 50, of Longview. The accident happened around 9:30 Tuesday night in the 1300 block of Mobberly Avenue. There is no information about the vehicle.
