Kilgore Man Wanted for Indecency with a Child

KILGORE — The Kilgore Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a man who is wanted for indecency with a child. KETK reports authorities are searching for Larry Don Morgan. He is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. A felony warrant of indecency with a child by contact has been issued for Morgan.
