Harrison County Back Under Burn Ban

MARSHALL — The burn ban is back up in Harrison County. The burn ban was reinstituted Monday by the commissioner’s court. It takes effect immediately. A stiff penalty awaits anyone violating the burn ban. Other area counties under burn bans include, Cherokee, Anderson, Marion, Morris, Titus, Franklin, Panola and Nacogdoches.
