Fatal Hit and Run in Kilgore

KILGORE — A hit and run accident in Kilgore has left a child dead. Robert Jack Moorhead, 5 was riding a push scooter near the roadway when hit by a grey mini van driven by a white female. The youngster died at a Kilgore hospital. The accident happened shortly after 3:00 Sunday afternoon in the 1900 block of Florence Street.
